COMPANY POLICIES 

To help ensure the safety of our clients, Town Farm Transportation, LLC requires that all clients and their guests adhere to our company policies set forth below.

• All vehicles are non-smoking.

• Glass bottles are prohibited in our vehicles.

• All reservations are subject to a 20% gratuity.

• Illegal drugs and activities are prohibited.

• Clients shall remain seated while vehicles are in motion.

• The Client will be responsible for an additional $50.00 charged for a returned check, declined credit card and credit card charge back.

• A vehicle-cleaning fee will be assessed at the discretion of Town Farm Transportation, LLC due to, but not limited to, the spillage of alcohol. Steam cleaning fees will start at $200.00 and increase at the discretion of Town Farm Transportation, LLC. A fee of at least $500.00 will be charged to the Client for any person who becomes ill in the vehicle due to, but not limited to, the consumption of alcohol.

• Town Farm Transportation, LLC is not responsible for articles left in the vehicle.

Town Farm Transportation, LLC cancellation policy:

No cancellation fees will be charged if notified by The Client before heading out for the pickup, otherwise a 50% cancellation fee will be charged to the The Client.

$10.00 wait charge after 30 minutes

$10.00 premium charge between 11:00pm – 5:00am

The Client will be responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle and equipment due to abuse, misuse or negligence by the Client and/or their guests. The Client will assume all responsibility for the actions of the guests. The Client will be responsible for the lost revenue while the vehicle is being repaired. 

A violation of any Town Farm Transportation, LLC policies terminates the contract. The remaining balance, 20% gratuity, and damage to the vehicle and/or equipment will be due and payable at that time. All lost revenue during the repair time will be the responsibility of the Client.

I agree to abide by the Town Farm Transportation, LLC policies. An interest charge of 1.75% per month is assessed to all overdue accounts. I authorize Town Farm Transportation, LLC to charge my credit card {Visa, MasterCard, Discover, AMEX} for the total outstanding balance of my account, vehicle repair charges, and lost revenue during the repair. I will assume all legal cost that Town Farm Transportation, LLC incurs while pursuing the collection of any money that is outstanding.
